Slice potatoes but not right to the bottom… I sprinkled the potatoes: salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary, Aromat roast potato spices. Added a blob of butter on each and baked for 45mins. I then added polony and cheese slices between the slits. Then baked for another half an hour.
PS: if potatoes are not soft cooking, bake them in a microwave first for a few minutes!
